I was born as a wolf in my den, I needed water so i left for a drink. When i went to enter i saw there were so many parasites i couldn't get back in, neither can my parents! My sibling are gonna starve and we cant get inside!!

If they are old enough to have meat try setting the meat down by them and they should come out of that area. But if you can't get in the cave at all, I don't know!

This is a bug that happens every now and then. It honestly can't be helped, as the mother's babies die a little before they can eat meat anyway.
Even though it would always fail, I used to give them the other necessary resources they needed to survive, and cleaned them when need be.
