Connectivity issues

Post by bootsy »

I can play the game fine for a little while, but eventually I get booted. It varies how long I stay on, but it always ends up happening and it says something like 'connection broken, reload the world screen'. I tried turning off my firewall and looking in my virus software but I don't really know how to use any of that, so if any suggestions or a solution I would really appreciate it. I cant raise any litters this way1

Well I'm not surprised. Your name's 'bootsy' right?

Just kidding, this happened to me once. Try restarting, but otherwise I can't quite remember what Alex told me the last time it happened.
EDIT: see here, it might help; http://game.webearthonline.com/phpbb/vi ... ?f=3&t=446
EDIT AGAIN: It might be because there are a lot of people on. Screenshots would be appreciated ;]

I think this kind of thing is common throughout the whole community. Whether it's common or not depends on each individual, but for what purpose I have yet to understand other than a sort of connectivity issue.
I'm unsure if there is a way to make it better or how to fix it.

That's weird. I have the suckiest connection in the world and I can play for 3 hours straight. The bad thing is usually around the time my young grow up my screen doesn't refresh unless I minimize then restore the window. It''s really annoying .w. but anyway, I don't have any solution to this except the little tip that you need to keep the world menu open. I don't know why, but if you close it out it could easily disconnect you. Otherwise, I got nothing.

This happened to me a while ago. I got disconnected from the game, and I tried and tried to get back in.
So I was like,"Ok, it might just be WEO."
So I took a break for a couple of months, and the a month ago, I downloaded Java again. Then, it worked.
Maybe you need to download Java again?
