Connection broken?????

I try to play the world on my laptop and I keep getting this, it has never worked for me on this laptop but i really need it to. I have installed both java, and flash, unblocked pop up windows, and updated my computer. I don't know what would be wrong, but every time I try to play I get this, Connection broken please close this browser window and try refreshing the world selection window.( yes I have tried that)

Which browser are you using?
Can you try a different browser?

I use Safari and Firefox – both works perfectly fine for me. Do you use internet explorer? It's not as quick as Firefox. On my computer anyway. Also try restarting, that usually solves problems.
