Are you allowed to kill NPCs to get up combat skills if you were a loner?

In world one you can kill all NCPs period as long as it isn't a real persons baby.

Killing an NPC in any world is allowed. Please make sure they are NPC's and not real players though. Since that should answer your question I'll go ahead and lock.
