Read this and see if your problems are listed and if there is a solution to it. There shouldn't be a reason why we have more than one topic on the same problem. Please add to this where you see fit, i.e. a new glitch or problem so that Kenya or I may list it on here. If it's game play related, please read this instead of asking "How do I make a pack?" or "How do I eat?" : http://www.webearthonline.com/info/tutorial1.html and http://www.webearthonline.com/info/instructions1.html

Webearth Won't Load
-Most common reason why it won't load is that you need to update your java application, go here to do so: http://java.com/en/

-Sometimes it's your computer that needs to update and will block out Webearth, install your updates and restart your computer.

-Pop-up blockers are a hassle, if you know which pop-up blocker you have, google it and find out how to enable Webearth. If not try pressing and holding Ctrl and then clicking the world link. This usually overrides the pop-up blocker.

-A weird way of getting Webearth to work is by killing your animal through "My Account" and then "Player Game Options"

-Using a different web browser such as Opera or Firefox instead of the default Internet Explorer.

Heat Glitch
This glitch is where your animal gets its heat meter near to the max, and will not lower despite that it's raining or the temperature is very low. To fix this, move to the other world.

Npcs Mate Even Though I'm Dominant
Whether or not you're dominant there is always going to be an Npc pair with babies in every species. Say you're a wolf or a coyote and you do not take the caves in the North-Western region, an Npc pair will take the den near end of winter/beginning of spring. This is to replenish the animal numbers in the game. This also goes along with "Oh I killed every last mouse on the game, how come they're back in spring?" They're automatically spawned in spring and they mate, etc.

Someone Killed Me In World One/Cussed/Harassed Me
First you must write down their user I.D. You can do this by clicking the square the person is in, clicking on their animal, and then the magnifying glass icon. This will display their info, find the I.D. part and write it down. Now accusing words is just that: words.
Cussing/swearing in ANY world is not allowed and may be reported. You must Screenshot the violator. This does not involve the use of cameras but rather a combination of keys for the most part. Here's a couple of how-tos for different operating systems.

Windows XP http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/usin ... nshot.mspx

Windows Vista: http://lifehacker.com/software/windows- ... 228885.php

Mac OS X: http://graphicssoft.about.com/od/screen ... enshot.htm

Now with proof at hand you may post in the City Hall Thread. Include both I.D. numbers and Pictures.

Why do I keep getting killed? Why is my animal so slow? Why are other animals fast?

-Your combat and age has to do with if you can take a hit from another animal. The higher the combat the less damage/ more able to dodge attacks from other animals. Age determines your health.

-Some animals are faster than others with birds being the fastest I believe. Prey animals such as rabbits, mice, and geckos are some of the slowest. Snakes being average. Not sure about advanced animals ;D If you choose a slow animal, your more than likely to get killed or not able to out run other animals. This provides more of a challenge for most players.
