I have the most updated version of Java, as well as all the browser and OS updates. I use windows 8. In Internet Explorer after anywhere from 5 to 30 seconds the game will always freeze, and leave a Java error report on my desktop. In Firefox after 5 to 30 seconds the game will turn blank white and I will not be left with a Java error report on my desktop.

I tried the method of killing my character and re-starting. This did not help. I also tried a method on here suggested to another user by staff that involved having Java delete something, which worked for THAT user but not for me.

I do not know what the problem is. I've been trying to play for days. Can anyone help me?

Try clearing your Java cache in Windows:

Click Start > Control Panel.
Locate and double click the Java icon in the Control Panel.
Click Settings under Temporary Internet Files.
Click Delete Files.
Select all boxes and click OK on Delete Temporary Files window.
Click OK on Temporary Files Settings window.
