Because of course posts in the City Hall need to be approved, well, of course I approve them.

However, the next day it seems I have to approve them again..This doesn't happen with ordinary posts.

If you mean about accepting the post in the mod panel, and the post shows up yet again, chances are the user edited it. Each time someone edits their posts while needing their posts to be approved, you'll have to re-accept the post. ^^
