City Hall Ranks

Hey, I was just wondering what every rank in city hall did. I'm thinking of trying out, but I'm not sure, since I have no clue what they do. :3 Thanks! <3
Mayors can change the rules.
Judges send warrants to ban people, (a simple enter in ID and there you go.)
Sheriffs need the warrant to ban, but once they get that, they can choose how many days for them to be banned, (or something like that... I’ve never been a sheriff before.)
