11-9-2020 power outage

We had a 2 minute scheduled power outage Monday.
It caused an issue where something didn't restart properly on the server.
All should be well now.

All worlds did get a complete wipe and refresh. Hard to say where other performance improvements might be as there are a lot of system components. I saw some php warnings here in the forum.
